It's called empathy, and many mammals (e.g. elephants, whales, dolphins, crows) exhibit this behavior. Perhaps there's a quantum entanglement here that goes "beyond" our physical sensory perception (e.g. 6th sense?).

Yes we should never ignore those in need. We should also look for ways to pull our country back together. One way to do this is to work to understand important issues from multiple angles. Anyone being dismissed is harmed, whether it's to cut the workforce or remove unvaccinated individuals. None of it has seemed fair but apparently it's all done for a reason.

Right now I appreciate efforts to end wars because we need to stop adding to the number of humans being disabled or killed. There are many ways and things to look at about decisions made. We need to stay open to the good as well as the bad.

Finally, I hope it's OK that I am being so direct. I am very worried for our country.

We share the same concerns. I am worried about the state of the world and of our country.

Employers should make an extra effort to keep unvaccinated individuals. And sometimes, it's necessary for unvaccinated people to seek employment where they aren't a threat to others. I know people who are opposed to vaccines. They stayed out of the way and had little contact with crowds, and so forth, so they usually pose no threat to others. But if they are a threat, they may be separated. Finally, it's unconscionable if lie about their vaccination status.
